Payment & Security
Clear checkout information and careful handling of payment-related details are part of a considered shopping experience. This page explains how payments are presented and what to do if a transaction needs attention.
Choose from the options shown at checkout.
Payment methods available to you are displayed in the checkout flow. Availability can vary by location, device, currency, payment provider, and transaction eligibility. We do not promise that every payment method will be available for every order.
Prices are generally shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly displayed. Before placing your order, review the item price, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and final order total shown at checkout.
When is an order confirmed?
An order is considered submitted after checkout has been completed and the payment is successfully authorized or confirmed by the relevant payment provider. An order confirmation is normally sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If additional verification is required, a payment provider or issuing bank may request authentication or decline a transaction. We may be unable to process an order until payment issues are resolved.
Keep payment information private.
Checkout and payment processing are handled through the store's checkout infrastructure and the payment providers made available at checkout. The processing of payment information is subject to the relevant provider's security practices, terms, and privacy notices.
For your protection, do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or one-time authentication codes to customer support by email or phone. We will not ask you to disclose your full card security code in a support message.
Use a trusted device and network when shopping, keep your email account secure, and review your bank or payment-provider notifications for unfamiliar activity.
What if a payment fails or looks duplicated?
A transaction may fail because of incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, authentication requirements, fraud-prevention checks, or a payment-provider decision. Review the checkout message and, if necessary, contact your bank or payment provider.
If you believe you have been charged more than once, contact service@embervio.com with your order number, the amount, and the transaction date. Do not include full card details. We will review the information available to us and help determine the appropriate next step.
