About the store

Embervio™ is a brand operated by Guangzhou Niikai Trading Co., Ltd. Store pages describe products, prices, available options, and purchase terms. Customer-support details appear in the Company Details section at the end of this page.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including their intended use, dimensions, materials, weight, and other specifications where provided. Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, display settings, and ordinary manufacturing variation. Always review the specific product listing and any supplied instructions before use.

Product information is provided to help you make an informed choice. Suitability depends on your needs, growing conditions, intended task, and how the product is used.

Prices, taxes, and availability

Prices are generally displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. Prices, promotions, availability, product details, and shipping options may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total will be shown during checkout where applicable.

We may correct obvious listing, pricing, or inventory errors and may contact you if an error affects an order. If an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, we will take appropriate steps, which may include contacting you or cancelling and refunding the affected order as permitted by law.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items under the terms shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean every order has been finally accepted or dispatched. We may review orders for payment verification, availability, address accuracy, suspected fraud, or other legitimate fulfillment reasons.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and arrange any applicable refund for amounts paid for the affected items.

Payment

Payment methods available for a transaction are displayed at checkout and may vary. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the order total shown. Please ensure your billing and contact details are accurate. For payment questions, contact service@embervio.com; never send full card numbers or security codes by email.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and delays may occur because of carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address issues, customs or regulatory checks, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. You must contact customer support before sending an item back and follow the return instructions provided. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, though banks or payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. The business address is not automatically an authorized return destination.

Intellectual property

The store's brand names, logos, text, graphics, images, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes.
